At Stickerlight, accessible from https://stickerlight.com, we respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information Stickerlight collects or receives through our website, customer-support channels, and the Stickerlight services we use to manage customer conversations, how we use that information, how it is shared, and how you can request deletion.

This policy applies to information collected online and through our customer-support channels, including Facebook Messenger and Instagram messaging connected to Stickerlight. It is not limited to website activity or purchases. Meta Platforms, Inc. separately processes information under its own privacy policies.

Information we collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us. It may include:

contact information and account information, such as your name, email address, phone number, company or stage name, and shipping or billing details;
order and payment information supplied through our checkout providers;
messages, support requests, attachments, images, and other information you choose to send to us;
device, browser, IP address, cookie, log, and similar usage information; and
information provided by connected platforms, including platform, Page or business-account identifiers, conversation and message identifiers, public display name or username, profile image where provided, message content, attachment metadata, timestamps, and webhook or delivery status.

Facebook, Instagram, and ChatbotX data

Stickerlight uses ChatbotX as an internal customer-operations workspace. When an administrator connects the Stickerlight Facebook Page or linked Instagram business account, ChatbotX may receive and store the information listed above to create the correct shared customer conversation, preserve message history, route conversations to authorized employees, maintain read and needs-reply state, and provide customer support.

For the Facebook Page, Stickerlight uses the pages_manage_metadata permission to identify the selected Page and maintain its webhook subscription and related Page metadata needed to receive Page activity. The pages_messaging, instagram_manage_messages, and, where approved and enabled, instagram_business_manage_messages permissions are used only for the connected Stickerlight accounts and their customer-service conversations. Where enabled by the account owner, an authorized employee may use ChatbotX to prepare or send a support reply; automated sending is not implied by this policy and may be disabled.

We do not request or collect Facebook or Instagram passwords. We do not use message content, platform identifiers, or attachments for advertising, sale of personal information, unrelated profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating Stickerlight customer support and the requested service. We do not sell or rent this information.

How we use your information

We use information we collect to:

provide, operate, and maintain our website and services;
process and fulfill orders, payments, shipping, and design requests;
receive, organize, route, and respond to customer-support conversations;
provide authorized employees with assignment, search, conversation-history, and customer-service tools;
provide optional workflow features such as summaries, follow-up planning, or draft assistance when enabled;
communicate with you about your order, support request, or account;
prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents; and
meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

How we share your information

We share information only as needed to provide the services described in this policy. This may include Meta Platforms, Inc. for connected Facebook and Instagram services; payment, shipping, hosting, database, storage, security, analytics, and communications providers acting on our instructions; authorized Stickerlight employees; and authorities when required by law or to protect our rights.

Service providers receive only the information needed for their role and must protect it. We do not transfer or disclose platform passwords, access tokens, or app secrets to customers or unrelated third parties.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, including encrypted connections, restricted access, workspace-level access controls, and protected storage for integration credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal information, we will take appropriate steps to investigate, contain, and notify affected parties or authorities when required.

Retention

We retain order, account, and customer-support information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain a customer relationship, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting requirements. When a connected Facebook or Instagram account is disconnected, we stop receiving new events and remove the associated access credentials. Conversation copies and other personal information are deleted or de-identified when no longer necessary, subject to records that must be retained by law.

How to request access or deletion

Anyone may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that Stickerlight has collected or stored, regardless of location. Email [email protected] with the subject ChatbotX data deletion request and, if applicable, the name or username used on Facebook or Instagram and the email address associated with the request. Do not include a password, access token, or private key. We may verify the request before acting and will process it without undue delay, except for information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons. Deleting information from Stickerlight does not delete information held by Meta; manage or disconnect Meta account data through Meta as well.

Cookies, log files, and analytics

We use cookies, log files, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, prevent fraud, and understand site usage. Third-party analytics and advertising providers may process device or usage information under their own policies. You can control cookies through your browser and use the opt-out tools provided by those services.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information. Contact us using the deletion instructions above. California residents may also request disclosure of collected categories and may opt out of the sale of personal information; Stickerlight does not sell personal information.

Children’s information

Stickerlight does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
