Using these applications, you'll be able to change the information that will be presented to users who tap your sticker with their phone. This is assuming that the user has their phone's NFC capabilities enabled.
I would recommend coding in a URL to your Instagram page, or your website, or perhaps a linktree with all your social media urls. You can rewrite the tag as many times as you like, and you don't have to worry about replacing any batteries or charging anything since this device doesn't use any power.
